Sacred Daoist sexuality practice begins with intimacy with yourself. In this simple, gentle 45-minute practice we connect with our sensuality, the pleasure of being in a body that is our birthright.

As medicine, we will work with the Jing, the qi of the kidneys. The Jing is synonymous with our sexual, procreative energy~our very essence; the seed of our being that is unique to each one of us. It is the gateway to creativity in all forms of expression.

The health of the Jing is directly connected to our core health. This is medicine to support the adrenals, and is ideal for anyone suffering from chronic illness or deep depletion.
